We have a requirement of "*Video Conference Technician" , *The requirement
is as follows :* *

*Location : *2 in chesterbrook , PA
               1 in Cambridge. Mass
               2 in Lexington, Mass

*Duration :  *3+ Months Contract (with possible extension) and contract to
hire for perfect candidate.

   - Experience desired:
   - TANDBERG platform (all endpoints), MPS, VCS E/C, Tandberg
   Gatekeeper/Boarder Controller
   - TANDBERG Management System (TMS)
   - TANDBERG Movi videoconferencing
   - Microsoft Windows based platform; basic PC & server administrative
   - Crestron & AMX Control Systems
   - Web-based applications
   - Technology maintenance
   - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
   Ability to exceed expectations projecting a calm & professional demeanour
   even during stressful situations
   - work effectively both independently & within a team
   - interact in person, by phone, &/or e-mail directly with end-users
   - work in a fast-paced high-end customer focused corporate environment
   - communicate effectively (verbally and in writing); must have good
   listening skills
   - Self-directed, detail-oriented
   - Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and
   multi-task
   - Accountable for client satisfaction; maintains/builds effective working
   relationships
   - Demonstrate flexibility (e.g., redeployment, off-hour setup requests,
   etc.)
   - Strong aptitude for learning new applications & technology
   - Educated to a high school level required
   - A college (university) degree is preferred, or the equivalent in
   experience
   - TANDBERG Certification required; other vendor specific certifications
   on VC systems Individual must have seasoned Knowledge of All Operating
   systems through XP.
   - Strong foundation in troubleshooting methodologies. Strong computer,
   networking, and troubleshooting skills (hardware, software & peripherals)

*Management Skill        :* None

*Interaction                   : *This individual must have above average
interpersonal skills working in a team environment working closely with
Co-workers, Customers, and Management. There will be vendor contact as well.
Customer Service level is high and you will be required to interact on a
regular basis. The individual will maintain an effective communication and
collaboration process at all times, both locally and globally.

*Complexity /Problem Solving : *Individual must possess the ability to solve
practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in
situations where only limited standardization exists. Problems may range
from intermediate to complex. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions
furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

*Accountability                      :  *Individual will need to be able to
prioritize their work to meet and maintain current Service Level Agreements
applicable for this position. This individual will need to have a high level
of motivation to work with out direct supervision and will be asked to
participate as needed after hours due to outage or a project that is
occurring during off hours
