We are seeking dynamic individuals to deliver excellent service to our
customers while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor working as
a *Technical Recruiter at our Dallas Office*.
# Must be able to proactively seek new clients and maintain strong customer
focus.
# Communicate with client and/or designated contact to clarify job order for
completeness of position requirements and candidate feedback status.
# Must be able to conduct candidate searches using all recruiting tools;
Internet, company database, job fairs, networking.
# Managing ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service
to both clients and candidates
# Candidate must possess sales abilities along with market knowledge and/or
product
# Ability to close new accounts
# Must have excellent Inter-personnel skills along with good oral and
written communication skills.
# Review resumes and contact candidates to qualify the candidate’s skills
for any current open positions and for future needs.
# Extend and negotiate offers of employment and complete appropriate
paperwork.
# The Recruiter is responsible for a full-cycle recruiting.
# Industry experience preferred but there are *entry level
positions *available
as some training will be provided for the right candidate.
# MBA in HR/Sales/Marketing is preferred but not mandatory
# Must be authorized to work in US
