Response Time: Immediate Requirement: Title: SAP Travel Management Functional Position: 2 Duration: 6+ months (additional months may be considered upon satisfactory performance of the candidate) Location: Columbia, SC Interview: Immediate Description: The SAP Travel Management Functional Consultant requested under this SOW must have an in-depth knowledge of the SAP Travel Management module of SAP and the integrations points between the FI, Payroll and the ESS/MSS modules of SAP for public sector organizations. The SAP Travel Management functional consultant must be able to design and configure this functionality, while ensuring integration with other modules such as Finance (AP processing) and Payroll, and must have experience with business process procedure development, unit testing, integration testing, development of configuration and functional specification documentation, etc. The SAP functional consultant must have prior SAP implementation experience within the public sector arena, specifically for State Governments. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: - A proven functional/technical professional with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation and 5+ years of industry and/or public sector consulting experience - At least 5+ years of experience implementing SAP Travel Management functionality - Serves as the Functional Team Lead for the SAP Travel Management module - Assists in analyzing "As-Is" business processes - Assists in developing "To-Be" business process flows - Documents future State Travel Management design in project documentation - Formally provides knowledge transfer to State Travel Management team members - Escalates issues to Project Management in a timely manner - Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients serving as the Team Lead - Strong ability in defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions within the project schedule and other defined deadlines - Must be able to collaborate with clients and other vendor resources, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel - Candidate must possess strong project management skills and knowledge of SAP configuration and design Skills Required:Skills and Abilities that the resources should possess include: - Previous SAP Public Sector experience within State Government - Proven ability to deliver high-quality results - Knowledge and experience implementing SAP Travel Management - Experience in the development of project documentation including configuration documentation and functional design specifications, etc. - Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization - Ability to work with diverse groups and within a team environment - Ability to communicate complex ideas and subjects accurately, clearly and concisely - Ability to transfer knowledge to team members - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software including: PowerPoint, Word, Access, Outlook and Excel - Proven organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain partnerships within different business units - Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, complete important time sensitive tasks, and adapt quickly to last minute changes Thanks & Regards Acer Mc Entellects Corp.
