* * *1. Project Manager with Agile/SCRUM* experience in multiple implementations. At least 15 Yrs in overall project management roles with at least 3 yrs using SCRUM across large distributed Agile teams. Strong Written and Communication skills with attention to detail. Engagement manager will be responsible for overall project delivery, resources, status updates, reports, metrics, milestone tracking, timesheet approvals. 2. *Business Analyst : *Seasoned Scrum Master with Agile/Scrum experience. Business Analyst with strong expertise in gathering requirements, creating wireframes or mockups, process flows, user journeys, sequence diagrams and strong UML background. Additionally this individual would be strong in Agile / SCRUM and be able to create a product backlog, user stories, user journeys and service decompositions. Strong domain knowledge in Membership and Billing. Working closely with Product Owner and SCRUM teams. Breaking down features into Stories and acceptance criteria. Working closely with QA Lead in ensuring quality of deliverables. Working closely with business users during UAT and defining priorities. * * *3. Defining and executing Test plans. Ensuring Quality of deliverable. *5. Technical Lead (Onshore/Offshore) *Senior .NET developer with strong overall expertise in building enterprise applications. Strong in ASP. NET 3.5, C#, WCF, SQL Server 2005. Overall IT experience of 8+ years with the last 5 years in .NET. Working closely with onshore resources from CoreLogic and ProKarma. Interface with offshore teams and help with builds, integration, process and standards. Review code drops, and guide offshore resources.
