Required skills include:
-At least 7 plus years of total work experience in IT/ Software Development
-Very Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
-At least 5 years of hands on development experience in front- end
technologies including Java, J2EE, XML, XSL
-At least 3 years of hands on experience in Oracle SOA Suite
BPEL
BAM
OSB
OWSM
-Good understanding of WS standards
-Good understanding of AIA framework
-Experience using Enterprise Business Objects
-Experience using Reference Process Models as base line
-Working knowledge of Composite Application Validation Systems and Error
Handling process
-Should be able to contribute in requirement gathering, develop technical
resigns
-Should have experience working with top 5 consulting companies
-Must possess strong leadership and communication skills.
