*Requirement:* *Title:Testing* *Location : Charlotte NC* *Rate :Open* *Position:3* Below is a description of the role: Performance & Load testing will be the primary responsibility of this position - which includes assessing need for such testing, gathering requirements, designing scripts, executing tests, analyzing results and documenting work products. Independently managing multiple testing engagements as projects and regularly reporting metrics and progress to project teams including test leads, BAs, PMs, and QA management a key aspect of the role. Prior performance testing experience (5+yrs) with *Rational Performance Tester* (2+yrs) a must.
