Location: MO Duration: 3-6 Months Design and develop high-fidelity web application prototypes based on little or no formal requirements. Must be able to work with minimal documentation, focusing on an iterative approach. Quickly turn around requests for graphic manipulation and modification, including resizing, converting, and cleaning up graphics of various formats. Collaborate and brainstorm with other designers and team members to help visually demonstrate or explain broad or vague business concepts. Work directly with business stakeholders to help define the end-vision for web application efforts. Present designs and prototypes to the team, stakeholders, executives, and other large groups of employees. *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience. Knowledge/Experience: - 3 to 5 years of experience in related field. - 3 to 5 years of experience in delivering secure solutions in Financial Services Sector is preferred. - Broad understanding of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies is required. Skills/Abilities: - Must be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive and have the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment. - Must provide the necessary skills to have a high degree of initiative and self-motivation to drive results. ** *Additional Skills: *Web Development (HTML, CSS, Javascript) – Ability to take PSD to HTML, add in interactive elements via JavaScript. RIA Development (AJAX, Flex/Flash) – Ability to create interactive web applications, using technologies such as AJAX or Flex.
