Job description :
. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Java / J2EE
components with understanding of struts framework, and expertise in Oracle
DB and SQLs.
. The application product is N-Tier business application which runs
in distributed environment and using mainframe backend system.
The candidate is expected to review the design and translate it to java
code, test and debug java application. XML/JSON knowledge is required. The
candidate must take self-initiative, and understand the existing systems
quickly.
. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline with a
higher degree preferred
. 6+ years of IT experience as Senior Programmer / Developer with
hands on development experience in high volume business applications;
Experience in Struts / JSON is required
. Exemplary general IT knowledge (applications development, testing,
deployment, documentation, security, Oracle, Middleware, etc.)
. Experience with formal SDLC/project management methodologies and
working with offshore teams
. Strong written and verbal communication skills
. Effective professional relationship building skills
