*OVERVIEW:*



The IS Business Solutions Process Lead’s primary focus is to provide
leadership and oversight in aligning business unit requirements to global
standard technology solutions.  This role focuses on understanding business
requirements and translating them to deliverable IS solutions with
concentration on global standardization. The IS Business Solutions Process
Lead is responsible for regional resource coordination and solution
adoption.  A primary focus is to assist in the development of a world-class
organization, by deploying a set of continuous improvement programs to
identify and close gaps in process and systems capabilities, training, and
tools across Client Commercial Vehicle Systems and Commercial Vehicle
Aftermarket operations.



Primary objectives of the *Purchase to Pay* Process Lead will include
alignment and coordination of global PTP team. This role will require
coordination of two primary business groups to ensure an integrated end to
end solution.  The candidate will concentrate on primary PTP functions
including *Purchasing, Receiving, Supplier Scheduling and Material Planning*.
Candidates for this position should have deep understanding of *Purchase
Order Processing*, including *Blanket PO Maintenance*, *Delegation of
Authority*, *Reporting and Master Data Management*.  Candidates must also
have strong working knowledge of Material Planning and Execution activities
within a manufacturing environment, including MRP Planning, Forecasting,
Supplier Scheduling, Receiving, Inventory Management, and System
Integration.  Ideal candidates will have strong experience in Oracle 11i
with strong communication, coordination and project management capabilities.



The execution of this assignment will involve (1) Benchmarking of best
practices (2) Ensuring collaboration between Information systems and other
business stakeholders, (3) Manage program timing and tracking per agreed
schedule (4) Lead communication efforts related to project status and
rollout. (5) Ensure solution meets business needs, while adhering to global
standards.

   functions
   - Responsible for global coordination of IS Business Solution resources
   in regions
   - Champions adoption of global process standardization
   - Serves as primary interface with procurement and material planning
   organizations

*PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:***

   - Lead the *Purchase to Pay* and process areas for a global, multi-year
   Oracle implementation for the aftermarket business
   - Analyze and evaluate current process and systems, benchmark best
   practices and recommend improvement solutions
   - Lead the scoping, development and management of IS Business Solutions
   projects
   - Provide project management expertise and implementation leadership
   - Ensure functional and system design specifications meet global
   standards
   - Ensure strong working relationship with key business function users and
   management
   - Understand the emerging technology and upgrade features for each
   process and determine which should be prioritized and implemented
   - Provide IS Business Solutions management with feedback regarding
   customer satisfaction
   - Coordinate global resources to work toward common solution
   implementation
   - Analyze and offer recommendations to improve the use and execution of
   business system applications
   - Assist management in identifying system weaknesses and recommend
   solutions
   - Document application functionality
   - Create design and specification proposals
   - Perform feasibility and functional studies
   - Problem definition and resolution
   - Estimate project resource and time requirements.
   - Assess and predict the cost and timing impact of project changes and
   existing system revisions
   - Provide activity reports, project status reports, and meet all Project
   Management Office reporting requirements
   - Plan and organize activities and resources to achieve short and
   long-range goals



*EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:***



   - BS or BA degree in computer science, business administration or a field
   related to the application area for which the Business Solutions process
   lead is responsible is strongly preferred.
   - 7-10 years of system design and implementation work experience in a
   related applications area,  additional advanced study preferred
   - Experience with Oracle E-business suite Applications
   - Potential of 50% travel required
   - Track record of being a member of successful design and/or
   implementation projects
   - Extensive knowledge in project management and control
   - Good analytical skills
   - Ability to work independently and provide supervision
   - Good written and oral communication skills to convey ideas and problem
   solutions
