Sr. Ab Initio Developer
Skills Needed: Sr. Ab Initio with Ab Initio Architecture Knowledge and
excellent configuration skills
Roles and Responsibilities: S
et or Enforce Ab Initio standards and architecture.
Should be well versed with Installation, configuration, and administration
of Ab Initio tools ( Like EME and BRE ) and Environment.
Ensure that the Ab Initio requirements are adequately understood and
documented throughout the projects. Supervise, guide and assist team members
in the development of the Ab Initio applications and lead the ETL
development team.
Should have very good experience and skills in Unix shell scripting. Develop
detailed Ab Initio specifications based on business requirements.
Develop and test the Ab Initio application following all ETL standards and
architecture.
Should also be able to work individually throughout the project life cycle
planning and organizing as per the project Deadlines.
Should have experience working with Ab Initio with multiple RDBMS
environments (like SQL Server, Oracle and Teradata).
Note: person should be able to decode the stored procedures in SQL Server
and convert to Teradata SQL Queries.
