We currently have a *6 Months* *Contract *opportunity for a *Testing Lead*with our client located in *Newton, MA*. *Job Description:* · 3+ years experience with load testing tools, specifically but not exclusively HP LoadRunner · 3+ years experience with testing 3 tier J2EE applications · 2+ years experience with both manual and automated testing strategies · 3+ years experience in testing Internet and web products on Unix, and Windows configurations • 3+ years experience with tools such Source Code Control Systems, Defect tracking systems, Project Planning tools, is required · 3+ years of experience in software environment · Proven ability to develop and execute load tests · Ability to scope a project and estimate load testing needs · Ability to determine future performance needs and architectural changes based on the continued growth of the product · Ability to work on a variety of projects on different timelines and manage the status and resources Ability to communicate clearly technical information to both technical and non-technical teams · Excellent understanding of the QA process and lifecycle, from smoke test to integration to user-acceptance, to regression, to final release · Experience working closely with development engineers and management in a fast-paced technical environment · Detail oriented with good problem solving skills. · Ability to evaluate and analyze risk on a day to day basis · Knowledge of performance load automated testing software · Well-versed in QA process and methodologies · Excellent written and verbal communication skills Please email your MS Word resume to *[email protected]* and include the completed skills-matrix in the body of your email.
