Position: Siebel Functional Business Analyst Location: Austin, TX Duration: 6 Months. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Siebel Functional Business Analyst conducts analysis, design, development and implementation of Siebel solutions that address people, process & technology needs. The consultant applies understanding of business challenges and Siebel to develop process solutions, leverages deep process knowledge and broad Siebel experience; effectively interacts with client representatives. Responsibilities include requirements definition, mapping & gap analysis; Siebel application design & prototyping. Required: Bachelor's Degree A minimum of 3 years experience with: Creating functional business requirements Hands-on configuration of CRM processes in Siebel 7x and/or Siebel 8 Management consulting in a project team environment Articulating CRM technology solutions and program benefits Developing deliverables defined by formal/structured methodology Readiness to travel up to 75%; travelling 5 days a week, home on weekends ?
