Department Overview IBIT is under new management. The emphasis is on developing a professional services group. The Operating Model is being redefined to include new service horizontals, these include: Support, Testing, Risk, Trading and Client Technology Solutions. Through these IBIT will coordinate the services that all its towers utilise. IBIT is the IT application support and development group providing services to the Investment Banking Division. There are sister functions serving Private Banking and Asset Management. All three divisions also rely on TIS and Corporate Systems.
