The activities to be covered are below.* Basis with 4-5 years experience in installation of R/3 and net weaver components , performance tuning, configuration of components like ADS, TREX etc Areas to be covered will be: · Application Management · Change Management · Incident/Problem Management · Capacity Management · Release/Upgrade Management · Job Schedule Management · Output Management · Service Desk Shift starts around early evening Sunday and ends Friday evening. Daily 3 shifts during Sunday evening to Friday evening. Weekend support on call basis from home if required.
