Senior Developer Identity and Access Management

Length of Assignment:  This assignment is for an indefinite period consisting 
of ongoing projects.  The first project is anticipated to last 3 - 6 months



Location: Downtown Columbus, Ohio



Senior Developer Identity and Access Management

Consultant will be working on the Identity & Access Management (IAM) project to 
develop enterprise-wide solutions in the Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) tool-set



Skills for the candidate:

*         Oracle Identity Manager 9.1.0.2 - high priority - 3+ years experience 
developing OIM solutions, AD Connectors, GTC Connectors, Workflows, Approval 
and Provisioning.

*         Designing OIM solutions - high priority - 2+ years experience 
designing OIM solutions.

*         Good communication skills - high priority.

*         Regulatory Compliance development - SOX, NERC, etc. - medium priority.

*         Java - medium priority - 2+ years developing web/database 
applications, experience with Java 5, WebServices, JDBC.

*         XML - medium priority - 2+ years working with XML and XML 
applications.

*         Oracle PL/SQL development - medium priority - 2+ years experience, 
stored procedures, queries from Java.

*         Linux - low priority - familiarity with unix commands and utilities.

*         PeopleSoft, Quality Center, CVS, NetBeans, Utility experience - nice 
to have.
This is a replacement of a consultant moving to a new team.  The development on 
this project has been going on for over a year and they know they have a few 
years left on the project.  They need a consultant to assist with their focus 
for the next 6 months (and longer if they have the desired skills, which will 
be the next phase).

They are implementing Identity Access Management.

Required Skills:
OIM 9.1, custom coding with Java 1.5 on Weblogic Application Server, focusing 
on:

-          Workflows

-          Directory Services Integration with Oracle Implement Directory and 
Active Directory

-          Open systems: Unix, Mainframe, etc. (phase 2)

Phase 2:
Customizing User Interface functionality; improvements from the active requests 
point of view
Oracle 11g: virtual directory, analytics, OIM
