*Boston, MA; *
Responsible for developing and executing complex load mappings &
supporting data migration projects.
* Support the *Informatica* ETL maps for data synchronization between
multiple systems.
* Lead and design all ETL processes between *Informatica* 8.6 & Ensure
that all timelines of loading/ validating data are met.
* Work with business users to clarify ETL requirements and business rules.
* Act as a team lead and architect with excellent understanding of
*Informatica* tools architecture and EAI architecture.
* Design, develop, implement, and assist in validating ETL processes.
* Create and execute unit test plans based on system and validation
requirements.
* Troubleshoot, optimize, and tune ETL processes.
* Document all ETL related work per company's methodology
-Very strong relational database development experience
* especially Oracle (PLSQL, packages, procedures, tuning) and
secondarily MS SQLServer, MS Access.
* Experience with the HL7 messaging services and Interface tool like
Siemens OPENLink, Sun SeeBeyond eGate, Tibco messaging services is plus.
* Experience with MONK, JAVA, JCAP programming for eGate development.
* Experience writing and executing UNIX shell scripts and managing job
scheduling.
* Experience with Healthcare standards like HIPAA and SOX is plus.
* Maintain existing code and fix bugs whenever needed
* Ensure smooth functioning of our development, QA, production and
staging environments, develop process and manage code reviews.
*Required Experience:
* * Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
* A minimum of 5-7+ years relevant *Informatica* technical experience is
a must with Enterprise Data Warehouse design and development using
*Informatica version 8.6*
* Experience with developing an ETL lifecycle. Review and recommend the
appropriate *Informatica*architecture configuration as well as database
and hardware landscape.
* Expert level *Informatica* Power Center and Power Exchange. Understand
reusability, parameterization, workflow design, etc.
* Experience developing ETL processes using *Informatica*
* ETL control tables, error logging, auditing, data quality, etc.
* Experience in Data Analysis, Data Modeling and Data Mart design
* Experience developing complex web service mappings with *Informatica*
is a plus
* Solid understanding of service oriented architectures, application
frameworks and system integration methods
* Familiarity with emerging technologies and software development best
practices, particularly related to Enterprise Data Development
* Experience with full lifecycle development projects
* Demonstrated abilities to communicate with both technical and business
stakeholders
