Position 1

*Mid-Level Systems Analyst - Siebel (3)*

The contractor will be responsible to work with the business and the
internal teams (Development and testing) to develop and document the
functional requirements in a Use case / supplementary spec format using RUP
methodology. The candidate should have strong Siebel functional knowledge,
and excellent interpersonal skills to work in a diverse environment.

1. Siebel functionalities
2. Siebel process for handling Service request, opportunities, quotes
3. Solid 3+ years of experience as System Analyst handling various phases of
Siebel project
4. Skills in visio, MS products
5. Ability to work in a diverse team as a team player.



Position 2



*Mid Level Developer - Siebel (3)*

The candidate should be able to understand the business process and how that
*process can be implemented in Siebel*. The candidate is responsible to *design
/ develop the new capabilities using Siebel tools *and support the end to
end SDLC cycle. The cycle includes supporting the analysts team during
requirement gathering, supporting the capability and business partners after
the capability is implemented in production.





Position 3



*Siebel Systems Administrator*

This role will assist a team of three in upgrading from Siebel 7.5 to Siebel
8.1 as well as providing day to day support of the system currently in
production. The planned go live date for Siebel 8.1 is next Spring

• Experience with upgrading Siebel 7.5 to Siebel version 8.x. Candidate
should have at least one upgrade project.
• Proactively monitors and identifies broader, more complex issues across
multiple, integrated, connecting technologies
• Provide consultation and subject matter expertise to the organization
regarding technical systems
• Coaches/mentors and assists Stage I System Administrators.
• Responsible for managing multiple technologies and products
• Responsible for ensuring application integration (end to end connectivity)
with other Enterprise technologies and develop processes and procedures for
operation and maintenance
• Determine migration and upgrade impacts
• Diagnose and resolve complex technology/application errors
• Participate in the strategy and development of architecture
• Accountable for large-scale technical project management
• Provide assistance to planning, guiding, implementing Siebel upgrade from
version 7.5.3.17 to Version 8.1
• Execute tasks for support of corporate Siebel application for multiple
environments.
• Provision application servers and configurations in preparation of
software releases.
• Diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of infrastructure defects where
identified.
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Ability to work on call as required. On-call rotation among a team of
three.





Position 4



*Senior Java Developer -EDI*

Experienced developer on the clients B2B team. This team is responsible for
the Electronic Transaction and EDI Gateways. The developer needs to be
familiar with X12 transactions and be able to come up to speed quickly and
different applications. Overtime and weekend work will be required as
necessary to meet project deadlines.
