We currently have a *6 Months* *Contract *opportunity for a *Tester Manager* with our client located in *Racine**, WI**.* *Job Description:* · Expectations from the senior test manager - · Become QA SME for the client · Gain confidence from customer and help Practice spread QA services across various departments/functions at the client · Define Master Test Strategy and Test Plan covering the scope of QA activities in the project or at program level · QA Process champion · Understand the business functionality, business requirements and technical specifications of the application(s) under test · Good to have à Domain Knowledge in Retail / CPG industry. · Experienced in leading large QA teams and provide guidance and coaching to test leads and test teams · Should have transformation mentality. · Build essential relationships with business SMEs, Project Manager, Project Leaders across various functions at account · Develop, track, and report project level status and other performance metrics to appropriate business and IT leaders. · Foresee the changes and proactively take actions to manage the change without adverse impact on project/program goals · Lead offshore QA team/s. · Excellent communication and coordination skills.
