1. SME on .NET  (9+ Yrs Exp)- 2 Positions -IN
2. Sr .NET (7+ Yrs Exp)- 4 Positions -IN/CT/MA (any Location)
 
  
One of my client is looking SME/Lead & Sr.Developer  in Microsoft Technologies 
for a position in Indiana & CT & MA  
 
Duration: 3-6-14 Months 
Travel: Travel to CT if needed and sometimes can work remotely as well. But 
most of the work will be done onsite only. Expenses from Indian to Hartford 
will be taken care by the client.
Interview process: 2-3 rounds of Telephonic followed by in-person( if they are 
local to client site) .Mostly the client will hire on phone.  
 
Rate: DOE
 
Banking or Financial Applications experience is huge plus 
 
Note: Has very good hold on this req going thru tier 1 vendor.

Job Desc:
Experience as a architect cum lead developer on large transactional, secured 
web application development projects is required.
 
You will be expected to assist in the design and development stages as well as 
coding to ensure a high quality, scalable and innovative application.
 
Duties Include:
• Provide senior-level systems design, development, programming, consultation 
and support for next generation internet  banking application based in C# and 
.NET 4.0, relational databases and distributed n-tier application platforms
• Conduct design and code reviews across project work
• Serve as a technical expert in the evaluation and testing of the 
capabilities, characteristics and requirements of existing and emerging 
information systems technologies
• Make recommendations as to feasibility of implementation; provide technical 
leadership and assistance to colleagues, users and staff. 
Design, develop and implement unit and scenario testing for existing code base 
and for new functionality under development.
• Participate in paired programming to work with other developers on new 
application code.
• Mentor team members in adopting technologies and tools that you are already 
familiar with, but which may be new to them.
Qualifications
•  • B.S. Computer Science
• Experience on multiple transactional secured web application development 
projects
• Extensive experience with .NET 3.5, C# and technologies such as WCF, WPF, WF
,Silverlight
• Experience and familiarity with .NET 4.0 preferred
• Ability to quickly learn new technology and apply knowledge to solve 
technical and business problems
• Strong SQL skills a must, experience with Oracle a plus
• Strong problem solving skills
• Deep knowledge of software engineering and computer science fundamentals,
• Experience with SOA, Web Services and large distributed systems
• Solid experience with Agile development, in particular Scrum
• End to end experience across the entire software development lifecycle
• Track record of shipping production ready software
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well 
as part of a project team in a cooperative effort
