Understand the deliverables from a structured plan perspective and a data content and intent perspective . Identify risks and issues and manage the mitigation of these items . Strategize and manage integration and functional testing . Document functional specifications based on business requirements . Document existing Flows and future architectures . Analyze Changes to Existing Systems . Troubleshoot problems and issues within the lifecycle of a project . Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are a must . Have experience in investment banking and accounting is desirable . Have extensive interaction with the business, Strategic Process Change (SPC) and various IT departments College Degree . Structured, methodical thinker. . Strong analytical capability. Focused problem-solver. . Demonstrated ability to multi-task. . Candidate must be diligent and proactive. . Good interpersonal skills. . IT background . Knowledge of financial products, including OTC and Exchange traded derivatives. . Investment Banking exposure. . Full systems lifecycle experience . Microsoft Suite applications including Visio . Exposure to relational databases like Oracle and Sybase . Proficiency with SQL language . Team player. . Ability and drive to learn quickly and independently. . Good time/priority management skills. . Ability to deal with people at various levels of technical and business expertise.
