Strong programming skills, preferably with C, Objective-C and/or C++ More than 2 years with Objective C, Mac OS X and/or the iPhone OS/SDK programming experience and a disciplined work ethic employing best practices for iPhone and mobile app development. Strong technical development background, including knowledge of JEE and enterprise class service integrations, and disciplined approach toward test driven design Able to diagnosis, tune and optimize mobile platforms for performance including network, memory, caching and platform specific application requirements. Experience leading, motivating and inspiring collocated and offshore teams in an Agile process environment, including technology direction, day to day tasks and deliverables.
