Description: Role: Suppor Remedy infrastructure. Preference will be given to candidates with 5+ years of Remedy development experience as well as ARS 7.X experience. Responsibilities: -Develop applications from business requirements and creating technical design documents in accordance with prescribed development guidelines -Install Remedy software/patches/applications as needed -Maintain and enhance customized Help Desk and Change Management products in addition to in-house developed applications -Create necessary development documentation and user guides related to application enhancements and development -Support moderately complex interactive integrations with network monitoring tools -Provide third level support for all Remedy applications and infrastructure as well as off-hours production support Required Skills: -5+ years of Remedy development experience in large scale enterprise environments -Familiar with Microsoft IIS, New Atlanta Servlet, JavaScript, Java, and similar server-side environments is desired -Strong interpersonal and communications skills and an ability to understand and articulate complex ideas and concepts in both verbal and written form -Experience with ARS 7.X, ITSM 7.X, Kinetic Request, Kinetic Survey and CMDB 2.X a plus * * *Thanks & Regards* * * *Easwar.
