JOB DESCRIPTION WEBLOGIC ARCHITECT Location : CA Hands on Architect with the following skills:
Start Date: ASAP but no later than 10/1
Duration: Through end of year initially, potential for longer
Location: Local to Bay Area requested. If not, then some
travel to San Jose, CA and some potential for some remote work.
Functional Skills: Portal functional design experience (mandatory), portal
commerce experience (preferred).
Technologies: 1) WebLogic Portal - Important
2) WebLogic Server 10.2 - Critical
3) Spring/MVC - Critical
4) ibatis
5) jquery
6) extjs
7) itext for documents
8) Groovy & Grails
Responsibilities: Lead requirements definition, design and development for
"charge for service" functionality in client's self service portal. Directly
code in Spring/MVC. Assign development tasks to other team members. QA team
deliverables. Coordinate design continuity and development work tasks with
client IT Manager.
