Title: Java Lead Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 12 months (Phone +in person Interview). Locals will be preferred first. Job Description: 10+ years of J2EE Development, 5+ years of leading teams and 5+ years of driving projects. Not tracking or managing projects, but being responsible for the deliverables of the project. The lead developer will be responsible for driving projects 40% of the time and 60% hands on dev. The candidate will not have budget responsibilities but will be responsible for the success/failure of the project.
