Responsible for management of the entire project lifecycle from project definition/scope through implementation. Develop project plan and drive project milestones. Employ project management methodologies and tools, like MS Project. Identify, coordinate, and manage resources and key stakeholders for project. Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Manage all communication plans, training and documentation. Deliver projects on time, at/under budget and within scope. Communicate project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the lifecycle of the project. Position requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. Expert knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word and Visio. 6+ years of prior experience in project management is required.
 
Experience with Oracle Enterprise Content Management. This contract could extend through the end of 2011 with the right fit
 
 
Title:  Business Analyst
 
Location- Jacksonville ,fl 
 
Job Description:
Responsible for analysis and evaluation of user business problems and development of system recommendations to meet requirements. Translates high-level business requirements into functional specifications for business application development. Interviews end users to obtain and document the detailed business requirements for projects. Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology. Combines understanding of IT and business processes to recommend solutions. Assignments typically include problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of systems to meet business and user requirements. Experience developing use cases, use case model, supplementary requirements, and business rules is essential. Strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word and Visio Drawing tool along with general familiarity with Outlook and other MS Office applications is also required. Excellent analytical skills and communication skills required. 6+ yrs of experience.
 
Requirements:
 
We need someone that has experience with Oracle Universal Content Management and/or Oracle Records Management.
 
Additional Notes:
 
1) What is the business challenge the group faces (that is driving the need for this resource)? We are implementing a Content Management System for the enterprise and we need someone that is able to gather the business requirements and align them to the functionality of the system. 2) Who are the internal/external customers the project supports? All of the CSX Enterprise. 3) What impact will successful delivery of the project have on the internal/external customers? It will provide the ability for them to manage their unstructured data and be able to get at the right information quickly. Another key success factor is having all information managed to the proper retention. 4) What stage is the project currently in? Implementation. One department is in production, 6 more departments to implement this year, 8 departments to implement next year followed by the rest of the enterprise in 2012. 5) Functional or technical BA – or both? Both. Needs to have experience with Oracle Universal Records Management or Oracle Content Management implementations for entire enterprises. 6) What key technical skills (outside of Oracle UCM/URM) are required? They need to have the ability to bridge the gap between gather and understanding the business requirements and understanding the limitations of the system. It would be very helpful if they have a programming background or at least a good grasp technically. Understanding reporting is a plus as well.
