Req Details:
1. JAVA Development Kit (JDK 1.5 and above) and JAVA Messaging Service (JMS)
experience.
2. Developing web services using Rational Software Architect (RSA), RAD and
JAX-WS for WAS 6.1 and 7.0. 3.
Developing applications for IBM WebSphere Application Server 6.1 and 7.0.
4. Experience with medium to large scale integration/ development projects,
inclusive of multiple integration points.
5. XML, XSL, and XML Schemas and JAXB.
ASSOCIATED SKILL SETS
1. Candidate has developed and deployed at least one Web service application
on the IBM DataPower appliance model XI-50.
2. Capable of extracting detailed requirements from people ranging from
non-technical to highly technical and turning the requirements into the best
of breed solution.
3. Capable of producing clear, well defined, well organized documents.
4. Candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills including communication,
innovation, problem solving and collaboration.
5. Familiarity with confidential data compliance and encryption methods.
6. Familiarity with WS-I standards, specifically SOAP 1.1 and WS-Security.
Project Description: Program requires the client to make inter agency
improvements to records. The project will build a centralized, timely and
effective data collection conduit to include federal mental health
adjudication and commitment data. The consultant will be responsible for the
interface that will need to be developed, tested and implemented to support
the integration of the improvements made by the multiple agencies.
Activities will include, but not be limited to, working closely with the
clients analysts and project manager to understand integration points,
working with business users and technical staff to translate the business
and functional requirements into a technical solution, clearly and concisely
documenting the design of the interfaces, coding, testing and migrating code
to the appropriate environments.
