*Title: SAP SD Project Manager Contract Duration: 12 MONTHS Location: Malvern, Pennsylvania* *Minimum Requirements: No expenses other than when required to travel as per Client* *Description: * *The key here is SAP experience with the SD module for Orders, Contracts and Leasing. Overall Scope of Work:* · Fulfill the project management role for (minimally) the DX Contracts & Leasing Phase 2 project within SSO IT on time, within budget, and with appropriate quality. Including: * Bring a working knowledge of the SAP SD module to support business process alignment and technical application of these processes within SAP. * Apply experience and expertise regarding applications and infrastructure, along with implementation to support project success. * Coordinate and lead meetings. * Develop and manage schedule of project tasks. * Leverage team members to design, develop and implement solution. * Rapidly learn and fully apply SSO IT standard processes, specifically PLM, Quality Management and Quality Document Control Policy. * Ensure quality and regulatory requirements for both SSO IT and its customer(s) are met in the design, development, and delivery of the solution. (Sarbanes-Oxley, SSO IT Process House, FDA, etc.) * Assume budget and schedule responsibility – development, monitoring, change control, communication. * Ensure full project visibility through participation in twice-weekly Ops Review Meetings and development and timely submission of Milestone Trend Analysis reports. * Demonstrate strong leadership skills that manage project issues and risks proactively throughout the project lifecycle per SSO IT standards. * Demonstrate effective communications and strong project integration skills for the cross-organization project team, core team and steering committee as appropriate. * Commit to proper creation, review, approval and storage of project deliverables, including user acceptance of the solution (plans, schedules, specifications, testing artifacts – scripts, results, testing statuses, decision point records). * Fulfill the role of project leader; bringing together project team members, management, service providers, customers and stakeholders - proactively manage the project to achieve end-to-end world class results. Additional project details: * Engagement would most likely be through April of 2009 (assuming funding continues and performance is acceptable) * Some travel required (20%) to domestic locations such as Chicago, Atlanta, Massachusetts, Delaware and New York * Immediate availability is requested * The work involves bringing the former Dade-Behring folks into the existing SAP systems for the Diagnostics division recently established through the acquisitions of DPC and Bayer.
