Position: 1 Location: Rahway, NJ Duration: 6months+ BA with Sharepoint: Interact with business stakeholders from various departments, to gain an in-depth understanding of specific department level business case for portal functionality and championing it through Product Management, PMO and Solution Development Teams. This would include the following: - Developing an in-depth understanding of business objectives of associated departments, portal goals, and enterprise strategies. - Developing an understanding of the alignment between enterprise strategies, departmental operating objectives and portal goals. - Developing requirement needs of the associated departments by understanding business operational processes, understanding existing system shortfalls in enabling departments to achieve objectives and holding regular discussions to document functional requirements. - Should be an experienced power user of SharePoint and have the ability to surface technology limitations that could transform into impediments, constraints. Also, leverage knowledge of technology to document functional and non-functional assumptions that would not typically be elaborated via functional requirements. - Should have thorough knowledge of professional networking concepts and its implementation using NewsGator. - Confirming business buy-in by communicating the business requirements and justification to approving stakeholders, conducting requirement walkthroughs, active participation in prioritization discussions, developing user stories and use cases. - Working closely with the solution development and quality assurance teams to conduct solution assessments, validation of requirement implementation and surface any miss-outs via gap analysis. Supporting Responsibilities: - Have a strong knowledge of process methodologies like CMMi and Six Sigma that will assist in implementing a process centric approach to business analysis. - Experienced in the use of current visual modeling tools to model existing business processes, obtain functional decomposition, elicit core capabilities and the impact of suggested enhancements to the businesses value proposition. - Ability to setup focus groups and joint application development sessions to elicit, analyze and verify requirements. - Should be well versed in managing traceability of requirements from conception to implementation and product release. - Have a consistent and relevant communication strategy across business stakeholders. Tools and Techniques: * Should have a total IT experience of 12 years with 5 years of BA experience. * Knowledge of SharePoint 2007 a must; should have 1 year of work experience in Web Content Management using MOSS 2007. * MS Office, Microsoft Project, Visio, Blueprint, Brainstorming, Whiteboarding, standard Software Lifecycle document templates Position : 2 Location: Whitehousestation, NJ Duration: 6months+ Sharepoint Architect: 1.SharePoint Architect with more than 15 yrs of experience 2. Excellent knowledge of SharePoint 2007/2010 3. Excellent knowledge in SharePoint, Info Path and Nintex. 4. Should have the Enterprise Content Management domain knowledge 5. Internet Portal exp. is good to have 6. Knowledge of Mobile application is 'nice to have'. (Mobile Entrée, Android etc) 7. Should have knowledge of executing projects in agile mode 8. Excellent communication and presentation skills and proactive. 9. Able to handle onsite offshore tracking 10. Capable of handling customer queries Position :3 Location: Whitehousestation, NJ Duration: 6months+ Sharepoint Project Manager: 1. Over all 10-12 yrs experience, with minimum 4 yrs experience in Project management 2. Excellent knowledge in SharePoint, Info Path and Nintex. 3. Should have the Enterprise Content Management domain knowledge and web application knowledge. 4. Technical knowledge of SharePoint/FAST/Java at fundamental and concept level. (able to participate in technical discussion at gross level, deep dive may not be needed) 5. Knowledge of Mobile application is 'nice to have'. (Mobile Entrée, Android etc) 6. Should have knowledge of executing projects in scrum / agile mode 7. Well versed with project Management process, tools and techniques 8. Good communication skill & proactive. 9. Capable of taking end to end execution ownership 10. Able to handle onsite offshore tracking, delivery & team management. 11.
