The Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering sessions with business unit, line-of-business and operations SMEs (subject matter experts), perform gap and business alignment analysis, analyze workflows and, where appropriate, recommend adjustments to enhance technical staff performance and management control. The Business Analyst serves as liaison between the user groups and the development teams, ensuring the best technical solutions are developed for the business needs.
