Role: Business Continuity Manager Location: Los Angeles, CA *(In-person Must)* Duration: Long Term Work with multiple management, technology and infrastructure teams to ensure standards for incident management, crisis management, business continuity planning and disaster recovery planning. Knowledge of the system development life cycle. Proven experience developing and supporting business continuity programs. *Participates in major project assignments to:* - Assist business partners in Business Impact Assessment (BIA) and recovery plan development / enhancements. - Refine production processes to mitigate exposure during disruptions of service, and, possibly, improve day-to-day operations. - Facilitates and coordinates the development of work area (business function) business continuity plans *Minimum Requirements* - Bachelor’s degree (Information Systems, Technology, Finance) - Finance/ investment banking middle and back office experience - 2 - 3 years experience in banking, business continuity - Travel and off-hour on-call support required. - Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills. - Strong verbal/written communications.
