The manager is looking to aggressively move forward with filling this role and therefore we need additional candidates whom have the necessary skills for the job posting. We need candidates with 3-5 years experience who satisfied “Candidate must be comfortable working with low latency, heavily used, real-time applications and solving problem in a timely fashion” The people we talked to only seemed to have a background in smaller applications with a limited amount of functionality and number of users. We are working with products that serve hundreds of thousands of users with more than 100 different features or sets of functionality. It’s something of a different mindset, and it requires that people have a deeper understanding of how the platform works than just being able to create Web pages.
