Change to this requirement: *Candidates MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH HEALTHQUEST or MEDIPAK.* *Responsibilities:* - Under the direction of the Manager or Director, develops and implements new systems and/or supports current systems in a timely, cost effective and efficient manner, utilizing the system Development Life Cycle Methodology(SDLC). - Establishes and maintains a strong working relationship with customersand project team members to ensure quality service. - Assist management with the coordination, management and allocation of resources. *Required Skills / Experience:* - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a specific clinical discipline (Nursing, Pharmacy, etc.). Or an equivalent combination of experience and course of intellectual instruction. - Financial Systems support COBOL programming and Clinical Systems support database building. - *MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH HEALTHQUEST or MEDIPAK.* - Knowledge of current healthcare trends including analytical experience with business systems and strong organizational and planning skills along with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong project management skills along with the ability to participate/co-ordinate complex initiatives in an information systems environment utilizing systems development tools and structured methodologies. - Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
