Required skills: Need a very Senior Informatica Consultant. The clients wants someone with over 8 years of PowerCenter experience and then the following skills 1) Data Modeling 2) Oracle (PL/SQL) 3) Unix (Sun Solaris) They need someone very senior (Over 10 years of total IT experience and someone that has led small teams of 2-4 people) This is a contract opening that will go past 2011 and maybe even well into 2012. Manager is reviewing resumes tomorrow morning, so we would to have them submitted before end of today, or they will be part of the second round which will be next week. INTERVIEW PROCESS : The interview schedule is a phone screen first and then a face to face. The phone screen is technical and last 30 minutes, the face to face is more comprehensive, but technical in nature (scenario based questions) that last about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Consultant should be available to work onsite long hours. (Average 50-55 hours a week). Some weekends and evenings as well. We do bill for every hours they work.
