Job Description:
Analysis Skills Needed:
· Should possess excellent Data analysis skills:
o Identify data patterns in large volumes of data and be able to explain
what is going on as correlated to various functional business applications
o Proactively find and locate sources of data issues and work with those
people involved, in order to improve data quality
· Ability to work on multiple tasks from different IT projects at
once while delegating to and managing work of UP-interns as appropriate
· Ability/willingness to communicate with engineers in the field and
managers in the office on daily basis
· Deal with several different customers, each needing something
different from the IT system
· Strong statistical analysis background (Regression analysis,
plotting data patterns in Excel etc)
· Solve application and data problems with little or no outside help
Programming skills needed:
· Internet development - Coldfusion 9, AJAX using JQuery, Java,
HTML, SOA based architecture
· Desktop development – Java, Spring framework, Perl
· Object-Oriented Design/Development Methodologies
