Following skills are required:
Duration: 1 year+
Analysis Skills Needed:
Should possess excellent Data analysis skills:
Identify data patterns in large volumes of data and be able to explain
what is going on as correlated to various functional business applications
Proactively find and locate sources of data issues and work with those
people involved, in order to improve data quality
Ability to work on multiple tasks from different IT projects at
once while delegating to and managing work of UP-interns as appropriate
Ability/willingness to communicate with engineers in the field and
managers in the office on daily basis
Deal with several different customers, each needing something
different from the IT system
Strong statistical analysis background (Regression analysis,
plotting data patterns in Excel etc)
Solve application and data problems with little or no outside help
Programming skills needed:
Internet development - Cold fusion 9, AJAX using J Query, Java,
HTML, SOA based architecture
Desktop development – Java, Spring framework, Perl
Object-Oriented Design/Development Methodologies
