Work Status: H1B Location: TX, NJ and TX Background Summary: * Over all 7 years of work experience in the IT, in designing and developing end-to-end BI solutions according to standard OLAP methodologies using Siebel Analytics/Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE), including 3 full life cycle implementations. * Strong experience in OBIEE Repository at Physical Layer, Business Model & Presentation Layer. * Extensive experience with ETL processes using Informatica Power Center tool. * Strong experience in OBIEE 10.1.3.3/10.1.3.4.x, Oracle BI applications 7.9.5/7.9.6 and Siebel Analytics 7.7.1/7.8.5 which includes creating, configuring, customizing and managing repository and Presentation services (Answers, Dashboards & Delivers), OBI/Siebel iBots (BI Scheduler), BI publisher, BI(RPD and Web-catalog) administration * Expertise in Full Life Cycle Development including Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation and Maintenance * Expertise in handling all phases of Quality Assurance Life Cycle(QALC) and Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) of the BI Projects * Experience in Security Setup at both Object and Data levels, which involved creation of users/groups, LDAP authentication setup and configuration of Multi user Development Environment (MUDE). * Experience in using Repository and Session variables and Initialization blocks * Developed many Reports / Dashboards with different Analytics Views (Drill-Down / Dynamic, Cascading Style Sheets, Pivot Table, Chart, Column Selector, Tabular with global and local Filters) using OBIEE/Siebel Analytics Web. * Expertise in BI performance tuning through cache management, indexing(hints) and materialized views * Sound knowledge of database architecture for OLTP and OLAP applications, Data Analysis , ETL processes in developing data marts and Enterprise Data Warehouse * Proficient in defining key metrics, dimensions, hierarchies, attributes and building star schema and Snow flake schema. * Proficient in working on production, development & test environments in different RDBMS in Oracle 8i/9i,10g,11g, SQL Server, IBM DB2 8.2 and strong troubleshooting skills * Experience in Dimensional Data Modeling and Technical documentation and presentations. * Expertise in different stages of handling data viz. requirement gathering, identifying data sources/targets , data modeling, data cleansing, data loading. * Extensively used the four basic Informatica Power Center tools - Repository Manager, Designer, Workflow Manager and Workflow Monitor * Actively involved in OBIEE, Informatica, and DAC.
