Qualifications
Requirements for the position include:
•Bachelors' degree in Business, Computer Science or related field
•5 years' professional experience within Business or IT related to Product Creation, Supply Chain Operations, Distribution and Logistics, inventory Management, or related field
•5 years' of experience working with business partners in a Business Systems Analyst or similar requirements gathering role
•Experience in program and transition management
•Excellent internal and external networking skills
•Ability to set up an efficient and structured project approach and can coach a diverse team
•Ability to work on complex projects in a structured system development lifecycle process (i.e. Waterfall, Spiral, Agile, etc.)
•Creative problem solver, eager to learn, result-oriented and take initiatives
•Ability to convince others of your ideas and proposed process improvements, while combining this with great listening skills and openness for different viewpoint
•Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
•Ability to perform data validation and data reconciliation
•Ability to write complex SQL
•Knowledgeable with logical/physical data design
•Ability to take IT technical specifications and break down and simplify into business language and processes
