A large number of travelers in markets outside the US, such as Asia Pacific, do not utilize credit cards to pay for travel online; instead various local forms payments are used. The scope of this project will enable customers in EMEA the ability to use popular local payment methods such as Internet Bank Payment (IBP), ITZ Cash Cards, and Debit Cards to purchase travel online on the India E*, H*, and EAN POS sites. This new functionality requires development across multiple systems owned by different development organizations. The Contact Center Technology (CCT) team will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of the changes required to the agent tools so bookings made using this form of payment can be serviced by an agent. CCT is seeking a Developer who can own the design and development of the agent tool solution and can work with onshore and offshore team to assist in the effort.
