Please send resumes as soon as possible as the interviews will start by early next week. Position# 1 Job Title: E-Commerce Test Analyst Location: Richmond, VA Duration: 6 Months+ Required Skills: . Must possess and have demonstrated outstanding verbal and written communications skills; excellent facilitation, relationship, and problem solving skills; excellent team work, organizational and collaboration skills. . Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle, project management methodologies and techniques, software testing methodologies, and process improvement . Must be effective at managing multiple concurrent activities and have demonstrated ability to deliver results with minimal supervision or direction . BS in Systems Engineering, MIS, Computer Science or equivalent work experience . 3+ years experience in testing, test planning, test automation, or related IT experience that could be leveraged in a test analyst role . Solid understanding of, and experience in the full software development lifecycle . Hands-on experience in test planning, test creation, regression and execution experience . Experience with web technologies . Strong process management and process improvement skills . Familiarity with Content Management Systems . Experience with web strategy and design standards . Experience working on an agile (non waterfall or phased) project team in a testing, development or analyst capacity. This includes but is not limited to SCRUM, Extreme Programming (XP), Crystal Methodologies, Adaptive Software Development, Feature-Driven Development, and Dynamic Systems Development Methodology Experience and proficiency with the following tools/technologies: . HP Quick Test Pro v10, preferably with VB Scripting experience . HP Quality Center v10 Position# 2 Job Title: Senior Test Analyst - HR Applications Location: Richmond, VA Duration: 15 Months+ This position is to manage a very large HR program workstreams. Experience in HR application will be a plus.
