The migration of AIFs(Advanced Interface forms) is from SRM 7.0 to SRM 7.6.03 version while as new AIFs will directly be developed on SRM7.6.03. Developer should be able to provide the approach for migrating existing AIFs to SRDs. *Roles and Responsibilities:* · Understand the SRM business requirements provided by Solution Architects and convert them into technical specifications. · Provide the feasibility study on out of the box SRM solution and required customizations to meet the business requirements. · Migrate/Develop AIFs in following languages: 􀀀 Spanish 􀀀 French 􀀀 Korean 􀀀 German 􀀀 Italian 􀀀 Japanese 􀀀 Russian 􀀀 Simplified Chinese 􀀀 English 􀀀 Portuguese(Brazilian) · Troubleshoot and report SRM issues to BMC support. · Should have a full understanding AR System, ITSM, Atrium CMDB, SRM, SLM and RKM (all 7.6.03 version) and dependency impacts of any changes or updates. · Interact with BMC and internal teams to help solve critical issues. * * *Skills Required:* * * · Must have minimum 3+ years of BMC ITSM 7.6.* development experience, out of which 1+ years *must be* on SRM development(AIF) · Must have experience with BMC SRM 7.0 and BMC SRM7.6.* as it is migration project and understanding of both the versions is required. · Must have good knowledge of Local area network, TCP/IP protocol, internet connectivity and Databases. · Knowledge of ITIL will be a great advantage · Formal BMC ITSM7.6.*, SRM 7.6.*and AR System 7.6.* trainings an advantage · Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills · Very good communication skills *Education and Work Experience:* Bachelor’s degree with focus of applied sciences or engineering from leading institutes Minimum of 3+ years of BMC Remedy along with SRM development experience Thanks & Regards sandi Recruiter G Technologies Inc. 4340 Stevens Creek Blvd, San Jose, CA 95129.
