Job Description:
Business Analyst III is responsible for leading the functional
requirementsgathering team.
The candidate works directly with internal customers to understand the business
environment and needs.
Identifies relevant design, process and specification issue.

The candidate will work directly with a combined business and I.T. team to
define and document business requirements necessary for the design,
development, and implementation of Fannie Mae's enterprise records
management system which utilizes the Documentum Content/Records Management
product suite.

The candidate will assist in conducting analysis and design and coming up
with requirements and other supporting documentation that will be used by
the Development team.

Additional responsibilities include the creation of training materials and
curriculum as well as training end-users.

Qualifications:
-Experience in enterprise wide system implementations.
-Ability to lead requirements/data gathering sessions with business users.
-Extensive Document Management or Records Management implementation
experience.
-Familiarity with the EMC Documentum 5.3+ suite including Content Sever ,
DA, Webtop, Desktop, App Builder, Connection. -Broker, DQL, DFC, and WDK.
-Familiarity with Documentum Records Manager a plus.
-Expertise in MS Project, Visio, MS Office tools, i.e. Powerpoint, Excel,
Word.
-Experience writing use cases, activity diagrams, and class diagrams.
Familiarity with UML a plus.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal
skills.
-Interact with personnel at various levels within the organization.
-Ability to multi-task across multiple projects.
-Familiar with Change Management and Configuration Management processes and
tools, e.g Rational.
-Ability to work under time constraints in a fast paced and dynamic
environment.
-Excellent communication skills, both Written and Oral as presenting to the
business stakeholders is a common occurrence.
-Occasional travel may be required for this position.

Qualifications:
5 years of related requirements/analysis experience *    5+ Yrs.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or
related field *  - Yes
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) * - 5 (Expert) of 5
(Expert)
 Excellent knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) * - 4 (Very
Strong) of 5 (Expert)
 FNM and Financial Industry experience desired - No
 Knowledge of requirement tools, such as Rational Requisite Pro * - 4 (Very
Strong) of 5 (Expert)
 Prior supervisory experience - No
 Strong analytical skills * - 4 (Very Strong) of 5 (Expert)
 Technology Skills: Software Applications
EMC-Documentum * - 5 (Expert) of 5 (Expert)

Candidates should have Extensive Document Management or Records Management
implementation experience. Must be familiar with the EMC Documentum 5.3+.
Familiarity with Documentum Records Manager a plus.
