Design and Develop the *BW* Structures to facilitate Reporting Define Multi-Providers to bring together the TPM Planning Data with the Actual Execution to enable Trade Promotion Effectiveness Analytics Update the CRM related master data (Business Partners, Products, Hierarchies etc.) Official Channel Trade Letter Development Publish Channel Trade Letters Ad-Hoc Channel Trade Letter Reports Timeliness Reporting Pricing Request Details Expiring Requests & Disapproval Reports Audit reports Projected vs. Actual Benefits Wholesale Price List Design and Develop the *BW* Structures to be used for Planning grids & Reporting Create Key Figures associated with Condition Types Create Additional Info Objects (Pricing Type, Buying Dates, SRP indicator, Activation Limit etc.) Build the (Real Time) Info Provider Mapping of (Additional) CRM Fields with *BW* Info Objects Assign Key Figures to Trade Spends Define & Assign Planning Profile Groups Build the Planning Area Define Characteristic Relationships Derive Dates (Fiscal Period, Year etc.) Derive Product Hierarchies levels Derive Customer Hierarchy Levels Define Unit of measure conversions Define Variables Planning Services Setup Build the CTL Entry Planning Layout & Related Planning Functions Create the planning layout (Header / Lead Columns etc.) Bring/Display Wholesale (List) prices to the planning layout (multiple SKU's - average Wholesale list price) Unit of measure conversions (not SKU but higher like product segment level) Planning Function to calculate Retail Gross Margin Planning Function(s) to change the discounts by an absolute amount or a percentage Capture comments Build additional planning layout(s) for condition generation purposes Package / Brand in Lead Columns instead of Product Segments Create Channel Trade Letter Planning Profile & Planning Profile Group Enhance the CTL planning layouts using Planning Services Build the Pre-Authorized Exception Entry Planning Layout & Related Planning Functions Define FOX Formula to ensure compliance with the data range defined in (Special Emphasis) request referenced Build additional planning layout(s) for condition generation purposes (if necessary) Create Pre-Authorized Exception Planning Profile & Planning Profile Group Enhance the CTL planning layouts using Planning Services Build the True Exception Planning Layout & Related Planning Functions Create (potentially) multiple planning layouts (depending on the product dimension selection) Bring/Display COGS and Wholesale prices to the planning layout (multiple SKU's - average Wholesale/COGS) Bring/Display available prices (EDV & other ON-Invoice Discounts) customer already gets for the product selection Unit of measure conversions Planning Functions to calculate financial metrics required for Full Financial Disclosure (NSI,DNNSI, Gross Margin etc.) Planning Function to calculate additional discount for Dead Net Pricing Create True Exception Planning Profile & Planning Profile Group Enhance the CTL planning layouts using Planning Services Build the On-Grid Planning Layout & Related Planning Functions Create True Exception Planning Profile & Planning Profile Group.
