Our methodologies are based on best practices such as Agile, Domain Driven Design, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, etc. Notes from previous interviews: Candidates so far screened might have good .NET skills, but they do not or have minimal experience with NHibernate, MVP (model view presenter) pattern, TDD (test driven development)/unit tests.
