Duration: 6 months Needed only Local or near by The scope of work to be performed by the Contractor includes the following: Develop Project Charter and Project Schedule o Project Schedule - Details all project tasks, resources, dependencies and timelines. o Project Charter - Describe the project, project team, stakeholders, and end users, project background, purpose and business need, project scope, objectives, risks, issues, owner and sponsor.
