This role is a leadership role and has four key tasks: Execute tests and supervise others who test including static code analysis, J-unit testing, regression testing, and performance testing. Develop and supervise others to develop Java programs, scripts and EasyMock smocks. Deploy software to Test, SIT, and Production WebLogic environments using Maven and Ant. Ensure the vendor is following coding standards through code reviews. Other Required Tasks Analyze current systems, determining the scope and estimates for tasks related to issues that need to be resolved. Construct various software components, validating completeness and quality. Coordinate the development efforts, leading code reviews, and establishing and reinforcing coding standards for programs or scripts. Facilitate formal code reviews. Perform system software maintenance, support, and requirement analysis.
