POSITION Title: QA Analyst II
LOCATION: Dallas/Ft Worth Area, TX (Local candidates only)
DURATION: 6 Months
Availability to start 18 October 10, ending 30 April 11 (1072 hours)
a. Statement of Work: QA Analyst II (1 position needed) Carries out
procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet
organization standards and end-user requirements. Works with business
analysts and developers as well as using documentation to obtain test
requirements. Assist in development of Phase test plans. Writes and
executes test scripts and performs all associated duties to ensure software
is free from defects. May document defects and work to resolve all test
issues. Reports progress on problem resolution to management. Assists in
complex work flow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
Under general supervision. Uses a degree of creativity, independent
judgment and experience to plan/accomplish goals. Performs a variety of
tasks.
b. Deliverables:
Completes Test scripts and plans, execution and results, documentation of
defects as made by AAFES manager for the WMS Project. Assignment completion
must be achieved within the average variance of all QAII analysts assigned
to the project.
Availability for 24/7 application production support may be required.
c. Acceptance Criteria for Delivery: A minimum of 2 years experience
developing and executing test scripts and creating test scenarios and
conditions. Ability to execute and validate results of test scripts.
Ability to work well with both development and quality assurance teams.
Experience Required: Mainframe (OS390), Servers (Microsoft), Microsoft
Office, TSO/ISPF, and FileAid.
Experience Desired: DB2, Unix, RedPrairie, Oracle Retail Services, testing
experience in Warehouse or Logistics systems.
Signed off deliverables per WMS Project Plan.
Evaluation Criteria For Award is per the agreement, plus the following, in
order of importance: Depth of experience in the skills required to fulfill
this statement of work; Ability to work in the AAFES/WMS Project Team
environment; Other Skills listed in this request; Ability to obtain a
cleared NAC or higher clearance ; Hourly Rate; U.S. Citizen; Local Dallas/Ft
Worth area resident.
