Dear All,   Senior Hyperion Developer Hartford, CT 6 Months Open/Hr   Senior Hyperion Developer - Specific skills required:- Expert developer of complex Hyperion System 9 Essbase, Planning, and Financial Reporting solutions.- Expert knowledge of Hyperion Essbase, Planning, and Financial Reporting administration and configuration.- Ability to optimize data loads and calculations within ASO and BSO Essbase architecture.- Minimum 10-12 years experience.- Technical leadership skills with the ability to work independently and within a team. Mentor others on Hyperion technology.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with varying levels of business customers and IT support.    Here is a supplement to the current job description.  7+ years experience with Hyperion Planning - Hyperion System 9 Planning - maintenance and new development Must have completed at least two large Hyperion Planning implementations using project management methodology Knowledge of Financial Systems and IT terminologies Experience with planning and forecasting processes for a large corporation Experience with accounting and finance and their impact on financial management and reporting tools and systems Experience in development processes and control framework for financial systems and reporting tools Experience with Hyperion Essbase calc script and Planning business rules development Experience with SQL based data load rules Experience with ASO reporting database Experienced in adding new functionality and enhancements to the deployed reporting solution Experience in optimizing data loads and calculations within ASO and BSO Essbase architecture Must have solid understanding of change control and testing methodologies Experienced in formulating and defining system scope and objectives.
