Hello Partner,

We have a project at a client in Columbus, OH.

The project entails conducting a Master Data Management assessment 3 months.
This a very senior role and we are looking for a very strong Architect level
resource to lead the project

Please see the enclosed description and scope of work of the project.

Client has recently implemented IBM's Master Data Management (MDM) product
along with IBM DataStage to create a master customer file that works in
conjunction with the Customer Information System (CIS) and AFS applications,
housing retail and loan customer data, respectively.

Due to the strategic nature of the MDM tool, coupled with the risks inherent
in major initiatives, client would like to understand the answers the
following questions before moving forward with additional MDM functionality
and plans:

1. Did HNB set up MDM correctly?

2. Have the physical database tables and mappings been set up
correctly?

3. Are the information flows set up correctly? Are flows missing?

4. Has the MDM product been integrated correctly with the client
applications and data architecture?

5. What is the strategy and roadmap for shutting down the CIS
application and for integrating MDM with other client applications?

6. Has Salesforce.com been integrated properly?

7. Has client established the proper data governance framework for
assuring information quality in the long term?

8. How is data quality assessment and cleansing integrated into the
MDM strategy? How should IBM Information Analyzer (IA) and QualityStage be
utilized?

Thanks & Regards,
