Location: Work From Home but Primarily in New Jersey
Travel: 75% - 100% to New Jersey. Expenses will be paid. For the time
that consultant may not be onsite in New Jersey, they may work from their
home.
Start Date of Assignment: September 27, 2010 - September 30, 2010 (ASAP)
End Date of Assignment: December 31, 2010
Detailed Job Description:
Candidate will assist in the re-design of process flows and will use the
resultant flows along with functionality resident in WFA to develop methods
and procedures.
Skill Sets / Qualifications
Candidate should have:
Knowledge of Telcordia Work Force Management System modules and
functionality
Familiarity with dispatch processes and ability to develop methods and
procedures
Ability to work on customer teams
