REQUIRED SKILLS
SAP - HCM - Time Management
"• In depth analysis and configuration experience in all time management table configuration, (work schedules, absence/attendances/quotas) for Salaried and Hourly (positive and negative) employees.
• Deep knowledge and skills in Time Evaluation configuration, including schemas and rules, wage type generation, overtime calculation, shift premium payments, quota generation.
• Deep knowledge/experience in CATS time entry profiles configuration, CATS integration points, interfaces, and posting to CO, Project Management, Plant Maintenance.
• Deep knowledge of activity based costing options using delivered SAP functionality or using BADI to build custom calculations into posting to CO.
• Integration knowledge between time evaluation and payroll.
• Experience in ESS/MSS CATS.
• Ability to write detailed CATS user exit/enhancement functional specifications.
• Ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to maintain focus and communicate effectively across multiple teams with different levels of SAP knowledge
